He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nicholas embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
