History: The child of a Sculptor, who enjoyed hunting, Faran was taken on many hunting expeditions. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
