Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Arjhan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arjhan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arjhan. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
