Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears black trousers with yellow and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
