History: He was born in the east. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cimer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
