History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. His crest is scarlet, silky, and of moderate length. He has gold eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Quarethon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Quarethon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a shepherd and was forced into it by his family
