Personality: Shane is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When Howard reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Howard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Tricking is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Tricking was taken on many hunting expeditions. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
