History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Ar-Kaius was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
