Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling white eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cairn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cairn decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
