Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Marshal who has hired him part-time. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mason. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
