Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Altho was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create.
