History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Naal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.
