History: Gifted from a young age, Oppleby studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he tends to wear a large tan jacket. He has wavy gold crest. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a fletcher and was forced into it by his family

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He tends to his Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
