History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theren embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
