History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Skirt was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Quarion reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second daughter.
