History: Paymon hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Oskar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Tricking abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and a rival would like him out of the picture
