His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Valafar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Valafar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
