History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Qualen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bharash's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Bharash is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bharash studied abroad. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Krimp alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
