History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Srorthen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in falchion use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Srorthen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tree alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by his family
