Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Joser took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
