Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is fixated on the number 26. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Baern would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Baern was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
