History: Born to a Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Direcris's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Direcris was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pirithin embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Pirithin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Pirithin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he has money and likes to spend it
