History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Serpent's homeland. Serpent decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Zaffrab and his spouse have recently divorced.
