History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He wears a green tunic with tan highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Percival was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Percival's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Alberich was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Alberich reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
