History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: Ghaliver lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and he perpetually has his ceremonial dagger ready. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
