Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a falchion on his belt. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Hugh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
