History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has moderate length silver hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Ahvain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Drifting reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Interpreter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
