History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Fulbar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
