History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shipwright. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pikar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pikar studied abroad. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pikar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
