History: Theodoric was born with his father's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mortician business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
