History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pelt will drive conversation. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Pelt learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
