A true patriot, Rurik would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rurik never married again.
