Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Kipper and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Robert was born with his mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
