Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He carries a battered lance and tarnished crossbow as well. His fur is cinnamon and curly. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Smoking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His lavender fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A true patriot, Fragrant would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born in the south to a Spy, Fragrant learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Wrenn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Fargrim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Fargrim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his father before him.

Personality: Elaim wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Elaim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Elaim was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
