Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ortegar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
