History: Adran lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Alberich was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alberich's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
