Folgûm was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
