Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is dressed in an above average manner. He has done his best to style his orange fur to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are yellow.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
