He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing a long, green cloak. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His copper crest has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Donaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants, and he perpetually has his falchion ready. He has wavy white crest. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Ghesh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
