History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up work as a Ploughman and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Modean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
