History: Kipper was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
