Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly kukris and sickles. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His eyes are brown.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bilbron embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Born to a Knight, his father struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears an entirely black suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His lavender fur is heavily combed to the left. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Spring isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a white cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: Immeral hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Immeral lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Rendar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears a green collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a blue scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His red crest is singed and shortened. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his broad green hat.
Personality: Donaar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Donaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Donaar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.
Motivation: To be a Armorer again; and sabotage a competitor
