Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dyer. His purple hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his black eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nirgel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nirgel. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His tied-back hair is black. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Tod is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.
