Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He takes great joy in being the best Navigator in town.
History: He was born in a small island village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Tomi Wiseacre, Male Halfling [Permalink]

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brown hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tomi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tomi never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
