History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Barakas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Randal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Engraver has made it difficult for him to sleep.
