History: Nim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ploughman. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His white hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Harvest was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Harvest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Damakos is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
