History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Broce fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
