History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thervan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Thervan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Silvo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local spice merchant
