History: Rael was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Rael was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rael decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a Dyer soon after.

He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
