History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He wears a simple black robe with green stripes complete with hood. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His black hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Leaf and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Adrik has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
